The 2024 Billboard<\/em> Music Awards are about to hit your TV screens.<\/p>\n

One of the biggest nights in music, the annual BBMAs honor the year\u2019s biggest artists, albums, songs, producers and songwriters, newcomers and music legends across multiple genres, based on data that tracks artist\u2019s performance on the Billboard<\/em> Charts.<\/p>\n

In 2023, Taylor Swift<\/strong><\/a> and Morgan Wallen<\/strong><\/a> were the big winners with Swift taking home 10 awards<\/a> including Top Artist, Top Female Artist and Top Billboard 200 Artist. Wallen, meanwhile, won Top Billboard 200 Album for his record One Thing at a Time<\/em> and Top Hot 100 Song for \u201cLast Night.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tate McRae<\/strong>, meanwhile, gave an unforgettable performance of \u201cGreedy,\u201d her highest-charting Billboard Hot 100 hit.<\/p>\n

Who Is Hosting the 2024 Billboard Music Awards?<\/h3>\n

This year\u2019s host is actress and comedian Michelle Buteau<\/strong>. Her acting credits include Happiest Season, Always Be My Maybe, Survival of the Thickest<\/a><\/em> and Isn\u2019t It Romantic.<\/em> Buteau\u2019s Netflix special is titled Michelle Buteau: Welcome to Buteaupia.<\/em><\/p>\n

Who Will Perform at the 2024 Billboard Music Awards?<\/h3>\n

Performers include Coldplay<\/strong>, Shaboozey<\/strong>, Jelly Roll<\/strong><\/a> and Linkin Park<\/strong> \u2014 the rock band\u2019s first time playing an award show with Emily Armstrong since the death<\/a> of lead singer Chester Bennington<\/strong> in 2017.<\/p>\n

Zach Bryan<\/strong><\/a> leads with 18 awards and 21 total entries. Last year, he took home wins for Top New Artist and Top Rock Artist. His record American Heartbreak also won Top Rock Album and Top Rock Song went to his hit single \u201cSomething in the Orange.\u201d<\/p>\n
