Mike Colter<\/strong><\/a> is dishing on the possibility of returning to Marvel.<\/p>\n The 48-year-old actor previously starred as Luke Cage, aka Power Man, in a two-season Netflix<\/strong><\/a> series, as well as on the streamers Jessica Jones<\/em> and the mini-series The Defenders<\/em>.<\/p>\n While the characters from the Netflix shows weren\u2019t officially part of the MCU\u2019s interconnected universe, minus Vincent D\u2019Onofrio<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s Kingpin who made his debut in Hawkeye and Echo<\/em>. Now, Vincent<\/strong> will be back again, along with Charlie Cox<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s Daredevil with a new Disney+ series, Daredevil: Born Again<\/em>.<\/p>\n With the resurgence of some of those characters, Mike<\/strong> recently opened up about possibly reprising his role.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cAt this point, I could see myself revisiting Luke Cage because there\u2019s been enough time and I\u2019ve done enough things where I feel like, \u2018Okay, that doesn\u2019t feel repetitive,\u2019\u201d he shared on SiriusXM\u2019s The Spotlight with Jessica Shaw<\/a><\/em>. \u201cThere could be another journey, another chapter for that character, but with the Disney of it all, what their direction in terms of those characters, I think Luke and Jessica had some social commentary and I don\u2019t know if they\u2019re up for that \u2019cause that\u2019s what made us, our series, unique.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThere\u2019s a little bit of social commentary there. We\u2019re not just, you know, fighting random people for the sake of whatever. There was a community. There was a demographic that was touched by our stories, so if they would revisit that, I think I would be up for it,\u201d he continued. \u201cYou know, the timing\u2019s right now. You know what I mean? The timing is right. Otherwise, you know, me a few years ago, I was like, \u2018I don\u2019t know.\u2019 I was like, \u2018This is interesting,\u2019 so I\u2019m that kind of person. I just need to figure out where I am, you know, how I feel about it.
