Sofronio Vasquez<\/strong> has been impressing The Voice<\/em><\/a> judges and viewers from the moment he auditioned. The talented singer was a four-chair turn and has made it all the way to the December 9, 2024, finale on Michael Bubl\u00e9\u2019s<\/strong> team.<\/p>\n Sofronio is a singer competing<\/a> on season 26 of The Voice<\/em>. He previously competed on a similar competition singing show in the Philippines called Tawag ng Tanghalan<\/em> in 2019, where he finished in third place.<\/p>\n \u201cSofronio Vasquez is known for his powerful voice and velvety-rich tone,\u201d his website says. \u201cHe\u2019s a versatile and dynamic singer who can sing a vast repertoire of songs from pop to RnB to rock to standard to jazz. He \u201cgrew up with virtually nothing, including no bed or indoor plumbing,\u201d according to his NBC bio. He made the decision to immigrate to the United States in the middle of studying for his dental boards in the Philippines.<\/p>\n Sofronio has worked as a dental assistant for a doctor in Utica since January 2024, according to his LinkedIn<\/a>.
