Not beyond her wildest dreams! Amy Adams<\/strong><\/a> revealed she got to sing karaoke alongside Taylor Swift<\/strong><\/a> on the one occasion they met, but said the experience turned out \u201cnot great.\u201d<\/p>\n During a Tuesday, December 3, appearance<\/a> on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon<\/em>, Amy, 50, confessed she\u2019s \u201calways liked\u201d Taylor\u2019s music. She also revealed she went to the pop superstar\u2019s Eras tour and \u201cbecame a Swiftie at 50.\u201d<\/p>\n The American Hustle<\/em> star revealed she met Taylor \u201cyears ago\u201d at a post-awards show party. \u201cI know better than to go to the second party, but I chose to go to the second party and Taylor Swift was there,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n \u201cThere was karaoke, and I sang karaoke with Taylor Swift,\u201d Amy continued. \u201cWe sang \u2018What\u2019s Going On?\u2019 and I may have sang it a little loud, and I\u2019m sure everybody was like, \u2018Amy, shut up! We want to hear Taylor sing.\u2019 I was just in it, but I should have sat down and just let Taylor sing.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI had a blast,\u201d the Oscar nominee confessed, although she had a big regret. \u201cAnd now, in reflection, like if I were to do it now, I would be so different. I would like to think I would be different. I did the right thing. I sang really loud over Taylor Swift and probably not great.\u201d<\/p>\n The topic of Taylor came up when Jimmy, 50, told Amy that there was an online campaign to get her to play the \u201cLavender Haze\u201d singer\u2019s publicist Tree Paine<\/strong> in a biopic, noting they both have the same red hair.<\/p>\n \u201cUh, that would be amazing,\u201d Amy replied. \u201cThat would be so fun. If it got me closer to Taylor, then that would be fun.\u201d<\/p>\n The Enchanted<\/em> star didn\u2019t reveal which of Taylor\u2019s Eras tour shows she attended, but Swifties only have three more chances left to see the epic concert before it ends for good.<\/p>\n Taylor kicks off her final three shows on Friday, December 6, at BC Place in Vancouver, Canada. Her last concert of the tour takes place on December 8.<\/p>\n The \u201cCruel Summer\u201d songstress became teary-eyed over the tour ending during<\/a> her November 21 concert in Toronto, Canada. She played six shows at the city\u2019s Rogers Centre during the penultimate Eras tour stop.<\/p>\n When the audience gave Taylor a standing ovation after she performed \u201cChampagne Problems,\u201d she was overwhelmed emotionally while thanking them.<\/p>\n She began to thank those she\u2019d worked with over the past 20 months, saying, \u201cAnd to my band and to my crew and everybody who has put so much into this tour \u2026 and I don\u2019t even know what I\u2019m saying, I\u2019m just having a bit of a moment, sorry,\u201d while wiping tears from her eyes<\/a>. \u201cIt\u2019s not even the last show!\u201d she added with a laugh.<\/p>\n After composing herself, Taylor continued, \u201cMy band, my crew, all my fellow performers, we have put so much of our lives into this. And you have put so much of your lives into being here with us tonight and giving us that moment that we\u2019ll never forget. We\u2019ve loved our time in Toronto, it\u2019s been so amazing.\u201d<\/p>\n Taylor began her Eras tour in March 2023 in Glendale, Arizona, and it has taken her across five continents.
