The judge also granted a partial dismissal of several claims since Daniels&#8217; work took place in Europe, where US employment laws aren&#8217;t applicable.<\/p>\n<p>Fashion designer Daniels alleges Lizzo maintained an \u201cunsafe, sexually charged workplace culture,\u201d which the singer has denied. Lizzo, celebrated for hits like Truth Hurts and Juice, has built her brand on body positivity but faced multiple similar accusations last year.<\/p>\n<p>Daniels&#8217; allegations mirror previous claims from three of Lizzo&#8217;s former tour dancers, who filed suit against the star in August last year, citing sexual harassment and fat-shaming incidents during 2021 and 2023.
