Kim Zolciak<\/strong><\/a> claimed that she and Kroy Biermann<\/strong><\/a> had a heated exchange that turned physical in front of their children.<\/p>\n

According to a report from the Milton Police Department obtained by TMZ<\/a>, authorities responded to a domestic violence call on Wednesday, November 27, at the pair\u2019s shared home in Georgia.<\/p>\n

Zolciak, 46, alleged that she and Biermann, 39, got into an argument while she was on a ladder taking down curtains, per the outlet. The Real Housewives of Atlanta<\/em><\/a> alum claimed that Biermann got confrontational with her and things got physical. She alleged that the former football player physically removed her from the ladder and threw her to the ground.<\/p>\n

Zolciak reportedly told law enforcement officers that she sustained injuries as a result of the alleged incident. However, the officers claimed in the report that the former reality star refused to provide any evidence of a physical injury to first responders. Biermann, for his part, claimed that Zolciak instigated the altercation and allegedly struck him in the face.<\/p>\n

The incident allegedly took place in front of some of Zolciak and Biermann\u2019s children. The exes share sons KJ, 13, Kash, 12, and twins Kaia and Kane, both 11. Biermann also adopted Zolciak\u2019s daughters Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 23, from a previous relationship.<\/p>\n

Two of the pair\u2019s children, who were not named, spoke to the authorities about the argument. One child claimed that Zolciak fell from the ladder and on top of Biermann during the disagreement. According to the child, it was initially Biermann who was removing the curtains, which upset Zolciak. She then decided to remove the curtains herself, per the child.<\/p>\n

According to the report, the child stated that they were not told what to say but encouraged by Biermann to be truthful. The second child claimed they did not witness the altercation but overheard the disagreement while they were in the basement.<\/p>\n

According to the report, law enforcement could not determine who the \u201cprimary aggressor\u201d was and no arrests were made.<\/p>\n

Us Weekly<\/em> has reached out to Zolciak and Biermann for comment. <\/span><\/p>\n

Biermann and Zolciak have had their fair share of ups and downs since they initially filed for divorce in May 2023. The duo had a brief reconciliation<\/a> and called off their split, only for Biermann to refile for divorce weeks later. The pair have been at odds over finances<\/a> and custody of their children since. In addition to their divorce drama, Zolciak and Biermann have avoided foreclosure on their Georgia home<\/a> multiple times.<\/p>\n

Zolciak and Biermann have also engaged in many public back-and-forth arguments over their current financial situation. Zolciak claimed in September that she was the one covering her and Biermann\u2019s expenses<\/a>.<\/p>\n
