As Jersey Shor<\/a>e<\/em> approaches its milestone 15th anniversary, Nicole \u201cSnooki\u201d Polizzi<\/strong><\/a> and Mike \u201cThe Situation\u201d Sorrentino<\/strong><\/a> exclusively tell Life & Style<\/em> what they think of Sammi Giancola<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s fianc\u00e9, Justin May<\/strong>, and if he\u2019s integrated himself into the cast.<\/p>\n \u201cWe love Justin. Justin is a meatball. Justin is such a good time. He\u2019s great for Sam,\u201d Nicole, 37, gushes. \u201cHe fits in right along with us.\u201d<\/p>\n As for how Justin interacted with Sammi\u2019s ex and costar Ronnie Ortiz-Magro<\/strong><\/a>, Nicole adds, \u201cYes, he has met Ron. And yeah, everything is just normal and fun.\u201d<\/p>\n Mike, 42, was also impressed by Justin\u2019s ability to adapt to being part of the Jersey Shore<\/em> cast.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s not easy to jump in and integrate yourselves in this group. You know we\u2019ve been doing this for almost 15 years,\u201d he explains.<\/p>\n \u201cHe\u2019s done an amazing job. He has a great sense of humor. He\u2019s so loving and supporting of Sam, and that\u2019s all we want for them,\u201d Mike adds about Justin and Sammi, 37.<\/p>\n The Sitch also hints that a wedding is on the way soon.<\/p>\n \u201cSo, we\u2019re very excited for the new seasons. And you know, I don\u2019t want to give a preview or a spoiler alert, but it looks like they\u2019re gonna be walking down the aisle shortly,\u201d Mike confesses.<\/p>\n Sammi announced her engagement<\/a> to Justin in an April Instagram post, writing, \u201cFianc\u00e9,\u201d in the caption of photos of the couple while she rocked her new diamond ring. She shared that Justin popped the question on March 16, calling it, \u201cThe easiest question I\u2019ve ever answered \u2026 happiest & luckiest girl in the world. I\u2019ll love you forever and then some. Can\u2019t wait to spend the rest of my life with you.\u201d<\/p>\n Sammi and Justin began dating in the summer of 2021 and made their romance Instagram official in November of that year.<\/p>\n Sammi and Ronnie, 38, were still a couple when Jersey Shore<\/em> ended in 2012. They broke up for good in 2014.<\/p>\n Snooki admits she was a little nervous at first with Justin joining the cast after Sammi\u2019s history with Ronnie<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cI mean, it was definitely a little awkward. We didn\u2019t know what to expect, but also, we know that it\u2019s been like literally 10 years, even more since they dated, and Sam\u2019s in a committed relationship, getting married to the love of her life and Ron is, you know, working on himself,\u201d she explains.<\/p>\n Nicole reveals these days Ronnie is focused on \u201ctrying to be the best dad and all that stuff.\u201d He and ex-girlfriend Jen Harley<\/strong> welcomed their only child, daughter Ariana Sky Magro, in April 2018.<\/p>\n While Nicole said the cast \u201cknew it was going to be a little awkward\u201d with Sammi returning to Jersey Shore: Family Vacation<\/em> in a committed romance in 2023, \u201cwe weren\u2019t worried that there was going to be drama.\u201d<\/p>\n She admits that when fans watch the upcoming season\u2019s interaction between the former couple, \u201cIt\u2019s like nothing. It\u2019s like they\u2019re looking at each other. They\u2019re saying, \u2018Hi!\u2019 It\u2019s fine now.\u201d<\/p>\n Ronnie returned for MTV\u2019s reboot, Jersey Shore: Family Vacation<\/em>, in 2018, while Sammi made her return in season 6B<\/a> of the show. Their first interaction<\/a> came during a cast trip to Nashville, Tennessee, in the April 11 episode.<\/p>\n Mike says it\u2019s \u201cjust amazing\u201d that the original crew is back. \u201cI like to see how things sort of play out and even in the new season, there\u2019s a ton of growth in all areas. So, I\u2019m very excited for the fans to see it,\u201d he gushes.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
