Denise Richards<\/strong><\/a> is remaining tight-lipped about her stint on Special Forces: World\u2019s Toughest Test<\/em><\/a> season 3, but did shed some light on her journey.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was the most challenging thing I\u2019ve ever done, ever, ever,\u201d Richards, 53, exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> on Sunday, December 1, while attending The Hollywood Christmas Parade supporting Marine Toys for Tots.<\/p>\n

When asked whether she was \u201chappy\u201d to have competed on the Fox reality series, Richards replied with a laugh, \u201cI\u2019m glad I did it, but I would never do it again.\u201d<\/p>\n

After Kelly Rizzo<\/strong> \u2014 who competed on season 2<\/a> of Special Forces<\/em> \u2014 told Us<\/em> she gave Richards advice for the show, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/em> star called Rizzo \u201cnuts\u201d for the tip.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tSpecial Forces: World\u2019s Toughest Test is gearing up for an even more intense season come January 2025. Season 3 of the Fox reality series returns on Wednesday, January 8, with 16 new recruits including Stephen Baldwin, Denise Richards, former NFL star Cam Newton and two former Bachelorettes, Trista Sutter and Ali Fedotowsky. \u201cThere\u2019s a famous [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI have to talk to her,\u201d Richards said. \u201cI think it was a different experience for her.\u201d<\/p>\n

During her stint on the series, Richards said that she formed connections with multiple fellow castmates. \u201cTrista Sutter<\/strong> is someone I text all the time. And Marion Jones<\/strong>,\u201d she told Us<\/em>.<\/p>\n

News broke in November that Richards was cast alongside 15 other recruits \u2014 including Sutter<\/a>, Jones, Kayla Nicole, Brody Jenner, Cam Newton, Stephen Baldwin<\/strong>, Carey Hart<\/strong> and more.<\/p>\n

During the show\u2019s five-week run, fans will watch the celebrities attempt the \u201charshest, most grueling challenges from the playbook of the actual Special Forces selection process\u201d while training in Wales, England, per Fox. There are no votes or eliminations on the series.<\/p>\n

Season 3 of Special Forces<\/em> features stars trying their hand at tasks<\/a> including \u201ca high pressure hostage rescue, a treacherous ladder crossing between steep cliffs nearly 100 ft above the sea, a boat dunk drill where they will be submerged into the frigid ocean and tasked with performing essential survival duties, a surf immersion where they will have to control their panic in an exercise that takes them to the brink of drowning, and much more.\u201d<\/p>\n

The exercises are led by ex-special forces operatives; Directing Staff (DS) agents Rudy Reyes, Mark \u201cBilly\u201d Billingham, Jason \u201cFoxy\u201d Fox<\/strong> and Jovon \u201cQ\u201d Quarles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In Us<\/em>\u2019 exclusive sneak peek of season 3 in November, Richards was seen getting candid during a confessional. \u201cI\u2019ve been in situations where I freeze,\u201d she said in the action-packed clip.<\/p>\n
