Meghan Trainor<\/b><\/a> admitted she went overboard with one <\/span>cosmetic procedure<\/span><\/a> and revealed she couldn\u2019t smile after she got too much Botox.<\/p>\n \u201cI got too much Botox and I need help,\u201d Meghan, 30, said during a November episode of her \u201cWorkin\u2019 On It with Meghan Trainor & Ryan Trainor\u201d podcast<\/a>. \u201cI messed up. I\u2019ve had Botox, like, a handful of times \u2026 just my forehead.\u201d<\/p>\n Not only did Meghan reveal her negative experience about getting too much Botox, but she also shared that she regretted getting filler on her upper lip.<\/p>\n \u201cSomeone convinced me with my little lips that if you did a lip flip, you put filler right above your upper lip, that you could have a beautiful flip on your upper lip,\u201d she shared. \u201cAnd I could have one for the first time in my whole 30 years of living \u2014 it was not true.\u201d<\/p>\n After she got the cosmetic procedures, Meghan explained that she \u201ccannot smile anymore.\u201d The \u201cMade You Look\u201d singer then proved her claims by smiling at the camera and stating, \u201cLook, this is as big as I can smile.\u201d<\/p>\n Meghan\u2019s brother and cohost, Ryan Trainor<\/strong>, chimed in to explain that her smile issue was noticeable and recalled telling her during a trip to Home Goods, \u201cBro, you can\u2019t smile.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cAnd now, I can\u2019t unsee it. And everywhere I go I cannot smile,\u201d Meghan responded. \u201cMy face hurts to smile, to even try.\u201d<\/p>\n Meghan proved that her smile had been an ongoing issue by sharing a photo of her posing with a dog at an animal shelter after she got the work done. \u201cI don\u2019t look happy. I look like I smelled someone\u2019s fart \u2026 somebody help me!\u201d she said about the snapshot.<\/p>\n Also during the episode, Meghan recalled her thought process when she decided to get Botox for the first time. \u201cI was like, \u2018This is young.\u2019 People gave me compliments [saying] \u2018You look rested,\u2019\u201d she said. \u201cSo I was like, \u2018I\u2019m going to do it again.\u2019 I just got back from tour.\u201d<\/p>\n She concluded the story by telling her listeners that the experience taught her that it\u2019s OK to not \u201ctry everything.\u201d<\/p>\n While she was done talking about her most recent Botox experience, Meghan also shared her plans to get a breast augmentation during the podcast.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m getting a boob job,\u201d she declared before explaining that having children led to the decision. \u201cBecause my mommy boobies were full of milk and now they\u2019re empty and then full of milk and now they\u2019re empty.\u201d<\/p>\n Meghan \u2013 who shares sons Riley, 3, and Barry, 1<\/span><\/a>, with <\/span>husband <\/span>Daryl Sabara<\/b><\/a> \u2013 continued, \u201cThey got big, they got small, they got big, they got small. I\u2019ve lost some weight and I have sags on, just like saggy sacks as boobs.\u201d<\/p>\n
