Why? Because it would bring him a lot of attention. <\/p>\n \u201cI was very nervous in the months leading up to [the premiere at Venice Film Festival],\u201d he explained. \u201cI didn\u2019t know if I could have that many eyes on me.\u201d <\/p>\n He continued, explaining that his small-town background made him \u201cnot the most social person.\u201d <\/p>\n Despite his fears, the press tour has left him \u201cexhausted,\u201d but it wasn\u2019t as bad as he thought it might be. <\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m having a good time,\u201d he told the outlet. <\/p>\n Queer <\/em>hits theaters on November 27.
