Our Little Secret<\/em> follows Avery (played by Lindsay), who is spending her first Christmas with her boyfriend\u2019s family. However, she arrives at his home to learn that her ex, Logan (Ian Harding<\/strong>), from 10 years earlier is dating her boyfriend\u2019s sister and will also be celebrating with the family.<\/p>\n

Before Logan can even greet Avery, she pretends to not know him. She gets him to agree to pretend that their relationship never happened because she wants to impress her boyfriend\u2019s mother, who already doesn\u2019t seem to like her. Netflix released the trailer<\/a> for Our Little Secret<\/em> on October 25, 2024. The video shows Avery and her boyfriend arriving at his family home, only to have his mother scoff at the screw-top wine Avery brought. \u201cHere we go,\u201d Avery says.<\/p>\n

In another scene, Avery meets her boyfriend\u2019s sister, who introduces Logan. A flashback scene shows Logan proposing to Avery, but she turns him down in front of everyone.<\/p>\n

While talking privately in the bathroom, Avery begs Logan not to say anything about their relationship because she doesn\u2019t want to give her boyfriend\u2019s mom \u201cammunition.\u201d Reluctantly, he agrees, calling her a \u201cnightmare\u201d on the way out of the room.
