It turns out that the court did not appreciate the prosecution\u2019s alleged Brady violation.<\/p>\n<p>Some viewed this as a technicality. At that time, he lamented the bold-faced ignorance of too many Americans \u2014 and the complicity that the media has in ill-informed voting.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTelevision news in the United States is a business. These are certainly topics where absurd disinformation has too often prevailed over just the bare minimum of understanding current events.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou name it, all the biggest topics in the world,\u201d Baldwin lamented, \u201cAmericans have an appetite for a little bit of information.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Though Baldwin went on to discuss other problems that Americans will face during <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2024\/11\/jimmy-kimmel-cries-2024-election-results\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the dismal years ahead<\/a>, Morgan didn\u2019t get specific. Short of a dramatic and improbable murder plot, it\u2019s not really any one person\u2019s fault. Normally, people would see the person holding the prop as part of the tragedy \u2014 not the cause.<\/p>\n<p>In this case, Piers Morgan seems to be targeting Alec Baldwin because of their respective politics. Morgan has a reputation for saying strange, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2024\/11\/piers-morgan-destroys-prince-harry-as-greedy-traitor-who-disturbs-the-dead\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">even cruel things<\/a> and for holding odd vendettas. But this seems clearer cut.<\/p>\n<p>Neither of these famous men have reputations for being pleasant people.
