According to the form, \u201cthe Page Annotation feature triggered on your site will be disabled within 30 days\u201d of filling it out. Those doing so need to enter all of the variations of their site, including \u201cwww and non-www, http and https, and subdomains.\u201d  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph mb-20 font-fkroman text-18 leading-160 -tracking-1 selection:bg-franklin-20 dark:text-white dark:selection:bg-blurple [&amp;_a:hover]:shadow-highlight-franklin dark:[&amp;_a:hover]:shadow-highlight-blurple [&amp;_a]:shadow-underline-black dark:[&amp;_a]:shadow-underline-white\">As <a href=\"https:\/\/9to5google.com\/2024\/11\/25\/google-ios-app-link-annotations-search\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>9to5Google<\/em> points out<\/a>, this feature is similar to the \u201cad intents\u201d that Google <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/adsense\/answer\/14184572\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">introduced<\/a> to its AdSense platform earlier this year, in that it automatically places links that display \u201crelevant, organic search results with ads\u201d on website text.
