Kelly Brook and Jeremy Parisi try to be healthy<\/p>\n
The 44-year-old model and her husband Jeremy Parisi are determined to be the \u201cbest version\u201d of themselves so try to eat healthily and lead active lifestyles, including regular walks with their pet Cavapoo, Teddy.<\/p>\n
Kelly told Closer magazine: “He cooks every night and I\u2019m the one that does it all at the weekends. We both love to cook.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe like to feel good and be healthy.<\/p>\n
\u201cCooking out own food and eating well is such a massive part of our lifestyle.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cWe like to be the best version of ourselves.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cWe\u2019re not into going out too much or drinking too much.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cAnd we\u2019ve got a little dog that wants to be out walking every day, so you don\u2019t want to be getting up with a hangover. You just want to be up and out the door.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nJeremy noted: \u201cIt takes a lot of discipline to be healthy.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nThe couple are currently training for next year\u2019s London Marathon but have different ideas on how to best prepare.<\/p>\n
\nKelly said: \u201cWe are definitely on different pages of the training at the moment.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cWe have embarked on this adventure together, but Jeremy wants to start full-on training now.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cHe\u2019s got a seven-month training regime he wants to follow.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cSo, we\u2019re going to try and meet somewhere in the middle here.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nJeremy and Kelly always try to keep Sundays free to be together.<\/p>\n
\nShe said: \u201cSundays are our romantic day. We take the dog out for a walk, go to the pub and have a roast, or we\u2019ll go to the butcher and get a nice joint of meat, and then I lock myself in the kitchen and cook all day.\u201d<\/p>\n
