The video was deleted, but she was playing the flute for some friends. <\/p>\n<p>In 2018, she shared their meet cute story in an interview on an Irish talk show. It is definitely super sweet. \u201cI met him through one of my best friends, which I think is the best kind of introduction you can get,\u201d she said, via <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.irishstar.com\/news\/ireland-news\/outlander-star-caitriona-balfe-reveals-30879782\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Irish Star.<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Since their relationship began, Tony has only made a few public appearances with his wife. Both actors have shut down any possible romance rumors on multiple occasions. Caitriona even said she felt like it was a \u201ctired\u201d conversation in a 2016 interview with <em>Entertainment Weekly<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is fantasy. This is our job. We are very different in our private life. We are best friends,\u201d she said. \u201cSam is one of the most generous people you\u2019ll ever meet.
