Fans saw some of the less glamorous aspects of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City<\/em><\/a> newcomer Bronwyn Newport\u2019s<\/strong><\/a> home. The mom of one said she was \u201cmortified\u201d about the dog poop seen in her house in one of the season 5 episodes.<\/p>\n \u201cI did not know until I saw the episode,\u201d Bronwyn, 39, said in an interview with Us Weekly<\/em><\/a> published on Thursday, November 21.<\/p>\n She continued, \u201cMy daughter is kind of the dog whisper in our house, and she came to me when she saw the episode and she was like, \u2018I am so embarrassed. Our house is so clean. How could this be what it looks like?\u2019 And I was like, \u2018Well, I guess that\u2019s what it was that day.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n In episode 7, Bronwyn invited RHOSLC<\/em> costar Heather Gay<\/strong><\/a> to her home with hopes of smoothing things over between them before the group headed to Palm Springs. While Heather, 50, was there, she noticed a couple of messes left by Bronwyn\u2019s six Boxers.<\/p>\n \u201cIf Mary<\/strong> [Cosby\u2019s<\/strong>] house reminded me of Whoville, Bronwyn\u2019s house reminds me of the Pound Puppies\u2019 palace,\u201d Heather snarked in a one-on-one interview with producers. \u201cI want to keep eye contact, but I also want to be careful where I step. Might I suggest next time that the first person to see your home be the pooper scoopers.\u201d<\/p>\n However, Bronwyn told the outlet that Heather\u2019s comments were \u201cfair,\u201d considering how her house looked that day.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve never been in Heather\u2019s house, so I cannot return the compliment or lack of,\u201d Bronwyn joked. \u201cI was out of control, busy that day. I had a new puppy. It was snowing and it [was] totally on me. If the camera crews caught the poop in my house, I would\u2019ve showed [it] if I was production too.\u201d<\/p>\n The reality star admitted that the fact that she and Heather were at odds the day the Bad Mormon<\/em> author saw the dog poop might have played into Heather\u2019s negative comments.<\/p>\n \u201cI understand Heather and I were not friends. We were not in a great place. We had a very rough conversation that day,\u201d Bronwyn explained. \u201cI might\u2019ve been shady about anything I could have been if I was Heather too, and I gave her good reason. There was dog poop on my floor. My house was being remodeled. She didn\u2019t miss an opportunity to take a lick.\u201d<\/p>\n
