\t\t<\/p>\n Kanye West<\/strong><\/a> has been accused of assault and inappropriate behavior in another lawsuit filed against him. <\/p>\n On Friday (November 22), the 47-year-old was named in a suit filed in New York by America\u2019s Next Top Model<\/em> alum Jenifer An<\/strong>, who worked with the rapper on the set of a music video for La Roux<\/strong>\u2018s \u201cIn for the Kill.\u201d <\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Rolling Stone<\/a> obtained a copy of the legal documents, which accuse Kanye<\/strong> of singling Jenifer<\/strong> out on the set and forced her to participate in a scene where he choked her and \u201cemulate[d] forced oral sex.\u201d <\/p>\n \u201cOn camera, defendant West began to choke plaintiff with one hand. He then wrapped his other hand around her neck and continued to strangle her with both hands,\u201d the documents read. \u201cHe then rammed several fingers down her throat, continuously moved them in and out, and gagged her.\u201d<\/p>\n The documents allege that he was shouting \u201cThis is art. This is f-cking art. I am like Picasso\u201d while it happened. <\/p>\n \u201cPlaintiff struggled to breathe and felt as if she had temporarily blacked out. When defendant West decided that he was finished with plaintiff, her face was covered in saliva and smeared makeup,\u201d Jenifer<\/strong>\u2018s team alleged.<\/p>\n Jenifer<\/strong> is seeking damages. <\/p>\n \u201cWomen in the music and entertainment industries have been subject to sexual abuse for years with no recourse to speak out or implement change. This space is a dangerous place for women. We are essentially objects in the entertainment world. The industries have thrived on placing us in abusive power dynamics. Outside of creating legal precedent, survivors of sexual assault have nothing. I hope to hold the abusers accountable through the legal system,\u201d she said in a statement shared with the outlet.<\/p>\n Kanye<\/strong> has not yet responded to the allegations.
