In fact, over the years, plenty of stars have acknowledged their famous lookalikes themselves.<\/span><\/p>\n Take <\/span>Keanu Reeves<\/b><\/a>\u2019 girlfriend, <\/span>Alexandra Grant<\/b><\/a>, and actress <\/span>Helen Mirren<\/b><\/a>, for example.
