With The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/em><\/a> kicking off the show\u2019s fourteenth season, Jennifer Tilly<\/strong>, who had previously appeared as a guest, officially joined the cast of the Bravo series as a friend of the Housewives.<\/span><\/p>\n The actress will appear alongside castmates Kyle Richards<\/strong><\/a>, Erika Jayne<\/strong><\/a>, Dorit Kemsley<\/strong><\/a>, Sutton Stracke<\/strong><\/a>, and Garcelle Beauvais<\/strong><\/a>, who are returning from last season, and new Housewife Bozoma Saint John<\/strong>. Kathy Hilton<\/strong> will also make guest appearances with Jennifer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The Los Angeles native has been an actress and voice actress for over four decades. She got her start in small parts in the early \u201880s, eventually building her career toward an Academy Award nomination in 1994 for her role as Olive Neal in the Woody Allen<\/strong> film Bullets Over Broadway<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n She is also a World Series of Poker bracelet winner, the first celebrity to achieve such a recognition.<\/span><\/p>\n Jennifer is no stranger to the lavish drama<\/a> found among the wealthy women of Los Angeles, and she\u2019s sure to continue bringing her unique charm to the show as a friend of series mainstay Sutton. Earlier in her life, she \u201cused to be really big on self-deprecating humor but then realized that whatever you put out there is how people see you,\u201d she told The Cut<\/em><\/a> in October 2022, adding that she regrets letting critics and fans think she had low self-esteem, or couldn\u2019t be a leading actress, just because she enjoyed taking barbs at herself now and then.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI look back on my career and I look at parts I did like Bound,\u201d she continued, \u201cand I really sold myself short. I totally could have been the leading lady.
