Marius<\/strong> was arrested on expanded charges applying \u201cto a violation of Section 291 letter b of the Penal Code, which applies to sexual intercourse with someone who is unconscious or for other reasons unable to resist the act.\u201d<\/p>\nAccording to the police\u2019s release, prosecutors decided to investigate the matter on November 6th.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhat the police can say about the rape is that it concerns sexual intercourse without intercourse. The victim must have been unable to resist the act,\u201d they said.<\/p>\n
Part of his charge also applies to the victim, extending \u201cto apply to violation of section 282 of the Criminal Code, which includes abuse in close relationships. Marius<\/strong> was arrested on Monday at 11:12pm while in a car with the victim, and the police searched and seized his Skaugum residence at the same time. <\/p>\nThe royal is currently being held in central detention in Greenland, and there has not yet been a decision about imprisonment.<\/p>\n
