Real Housewives of Salt Lake City<\/em><\/a> star Bronwyn Newport<\/strong><\/a> has split fans as they react to the 39-year-old\u2019s public apology to husband Todd Bradley<\/strong> following a drama-filled anniversary trip.<\/span><\/p>\n Season 5 Episode 9 of the reality show saw Todd, 69, agree to host a couples\u2019 weekend trip Palm Springs, Florida \u2013 but made it clear he wouldn\u2019t tolerate any of the typical tawdriness. After a fight between his wife and castmate Lisa Barlow<\/strong> during the affair, Todd lost it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Feeling bad about the situation, Bronwyn took to Instagram<\/a> to post, \u201cI hate that I put you in a position where you were uncomfortable on this trip and not able to be your best self and I hate that I had a part in showing our relationship as anything but what it really is!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Not willing to take all of the blame, she continued, \u201cUnfortunately, that was not best honored by my girlfriends arguing and my comebacks that only made things worse. I regret my awkward attempts at using self deprecating humor in a toast on such a special night.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cWhat I should have said then was: I love Todd deeply<\/a>, he makes me laugh, he pushes me to be my best and I couldn\u2019t be happier to have him in my life. We have good days, and some bad like most married couples.\u2026 but I would choose him every time!\u201d the Housewife sweetly added to conclude the post.<\/span><\/p>\n The apology has split fans \u2013 some are backing Bronwyn, respecting her \u201cdown to earth\u201d response to her husband\u2019s anger and calling her \u201ca breath of fresh air\u201d for her civility, while others don\u2019t think she should be sorry at all, pointing out that Todd should\u2019ve known what he was in for in the first place.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cDidn\u2019t Todd know what the RH<\/em> was before he agreed to this??!\u201d One user wrote, adding, \u201cLike, did he watch the show first?
