Chandler Kinney<\/strong><\/a> is feeling the pressure heading into the Dancing With the Stars<\/em><\/a> season 33 semifinals.<\/p>\n

\u201cI tend to be a little bit more on the anxious side these days,\u201d Kinney exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> at the EBONY Power 100 Gala on Sunday, November 17. \u201cAnd so, finding moments just for myself, which is rare, I think that is the way that I can ground myself, just recenter, release. \u2026 Even if it\u2019s, like, five seconds in my car [to] just breathe, look out the window, look at the trees \u2014 it\u2019s the simple things.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kinney has been dominating the DWTS<\/em> dance floor with her partner, Brandon Armstrong<\/strong>, since season 33 premiered in September. The two continued to sit at the top of the leaderboard during the show\u2019s 500th episode special on Tuesday, November 12, by earning the first perfect scores of the season for their Argentine Tango and instant dance round Cha Cha.<\/p>\n

The Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin<\/em> alum told Us<\/em> she\u2019s learned a lot about throwing herself into something \u201cwholeheartedly\u201d and \u201cconfidently\u201d even if you have to fake it until you make it.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tDisney\/Eric McCandless Dancing With the Stars celebrated some of the most iconic moments in the show\u2019s history during the 500th episode. Celebrity contestants and their pro partners reimagined famous performances from past duos during the Tuesday, November 12, episode. Joey Graziadei chose to emulate one of his \u201cfavorite\u201d DWTS moments: Riker Lynch and Allison Holker\u2019s [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI think Brandon and I have had a lot of back and forth in the rehearsal studio because I like to fully understand what I\u2019m doing before I really go for it, and he\u2019s the opposite, like, \u2018Go for it, and then you\u2019ll understand,\u2019\u201d she explained. \u201cI think that\u2019s a beautiful lesson, not only just that [it] applies in the dance room, but also outside of it, in life\u201d<\/p>\n

Competing on DWTS<\/em> has been a major source of joy for Kinney, as she told Us<\/em> she would \u201clove nothing more\u201d than to continue dancing post-show. \u201cIt\u2019s been such an honor and just an incredible experience getting to reignite my love of dance,\u201d she gushed. \u201cIt was something that I did as a kid, and I left it behind once I started acting. \u2026 I think everybody\u2019s seen that I have so much fun out there. It\u2019s such a passion of mine, so I would love to continue dancing.\u201d<\/p>\n

She went on to tease: \u201cI don\u2019t want to say too much, but yeah, I think that there will be opportunities to keep dancing, so I would love to do that.\u201d<\/p>\n
