She\u2019s doing so awesome wtg Tammy,\u201d another inquired.<\/p>\n<p>Other fans in the comments section of Tammy\u2019s Instagram account then replied, providing some clarity on the situation: <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you look at her before you will see what\u2019s happened.. her next step will be excess skin removal.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019d have to assume the same thing.
