Food personality Molly Baz has always been a fan of mayonnaise. It\u2019s the base of her favorite salad dressing, Caesar (or as she calls it, Cae Sal), and it\u2019s a staple in some of her favorite sandwiches. So it all makes sense that she just launched Ayoh<\/a>, a new line of four flavored mayonnaises that are begging to go between two slices of bread.<\/p>\n

The four flavors include Dill Pickle Mayo, Hot Giardinayo, Tangy Dijonayo and Original Mayo, and they come in four easy-to-squeeze bottles\u2014no more digging into a wide-mouth glass bottle with a knife. And while they\u2019re meant to be added to your favorite sandwiches, Baz said they can easily be combined for other applications: \u201cMixing the Dill Pickle Mayo with the Dijonayo and stirring it into canned tuna is a tuna sando lover’s dream.\u201d<\/p>\n

The timing couldn\u2019t be better, as we\u2019re already starting to plan our Thanksgiving leftovers sandwiches. For those, Baz recommends the Dill Pickle Mayo, which she calls \u201ca classic choice for Turkey if you\u2019re into a straightforward Turkey LTO kinda vibe,\u201d she said. \u201cThough I have been making a pretty epic Triple Decker Turkey Club with crisped up soppressata in place of bacon that is just begging to be slathered in Hot Giardinayo.\u201d (The full recipe is available in her recipe club, The Club<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

And if you\u2019re more of a mayonnaise purist, Ayoh\u2019s Original Mayo can be used for\u2014what else?\u2014Caesar salad. Baz said it couldn\u2019t be easier: \u201cStir in grated garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, and chopped anchovies, and bust out the romaine.\u201d<\/p>\n
