The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lgnewsroom.com\/2024\/11\/lg-unveils-new-ultragear-oled-gaming-monitor-with-480hz-refresh-rate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UltraGear 27GX790A<\/a> (or GX7 for short) is priced at $999.99 and is built around a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/2024\/1\/3\/24024042\/lg-display-oled-480hz-oled-gaming-monitor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">480Hz panel from LG Display<\/a> announced in early January with a 2560 x 1440 resolution and 0.03ms response time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph mb-20 font-fkroman text-18 leading-160 -tracking-1 selection:bg-franklin-20 dark:text-white dark:selection:bg-blurple [&amp;_a:hover]:shadow-highlight-franklin dark:[&amp;_a:hover]:shadow-highlight-blurple [&amp;_a]:shadow-underline-black dark:[&amp;_a]:shadow-underline-white\">The base specs of the GX7 are on par with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/2024\/9\/24\/24253167\/sony-inzone-gaming-monitor-m10s-480hz-oled\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">$1,100 InZone M10S that Sony released<\/a> in September.
