Sofia Richie Grainge<\/strong><\/a> got real when detailing how much weight she gained while pregnant with daughter Eloise.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy life makes sense now,\u201d Richie Grainge, 26, said during her episode of the \u201cTherapuss\u201d podcast<\/a>, which was released on Thursday, November 14. \u201cI\u2019ve never loved anything more in my life. I\u2019m obsessed with her, she\u2019s perfect. And I\u2019ve lost 50 pounds.\u201d<\/p>\n

The model and podcast host Jake Shane<\/strong> \u2014 who is one of her closest friends \u2014 were quick to laugh at the admission.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tSofia Richie Grainge and her pals are toasting baby Eloise. The model, 25, celebrated the recent arrival of her daughter in an elegant backyard brunch on Saturday, June 8. Umbrellas lined the perimeter of the long table, which was situated in the grass and decorated with colorful floral arrangements. In a sweet clip shared via [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Richie Grainge and husband Elliot Grainge<\/strong> welcomed daughter Eloise this past May<\/a>, just a year after they tied the knot in April 2023. During the podcast episode, the model detailed some of her favorite \u2014 and not-so-great \u2014 moments in her pregnancy.<\/p>\n

\u201cI did weekly update photos. Every Monday,\u201d the model recalled. \u201cI could, like, watch myself expand. It was cute until it wasn\u2019t.\u201d<\/p>\n

After joking that it \u201cwasn\u2019t\u201d cute when her baby bump popped<\/a>, she quickly backtracked.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was beautiful. This is the thing, I always tell my friends,\u201d Richie Grainge added. \u201cI\u2019m like, \u2018Oh, it got crazy.\u2019 But I was always empowered. The entire way. I was like, \u2018I am unbelievable that I can do this.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

She added, \u201cBut I was also plus 60.\u201d<\/p>\n

After Richie Grainge gave birthday to Eloise, she \u201cdid not leave the house.\u201d Shane, 25, joked that she did not get a chance to experience Brat Summer<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI didn\u2019t even know that this season happened,\u201d she said. \u201cThe summer season didn\u2019t happen in my mind.\u201d<\/p>\n

She added, \u201cI had my mom\u2019s summer.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI say \u2018good morning, Eloise.\u2019 And Sofia responds, usually,\u201d Shane, 25, said during the podcast episode. Richie Grainge explained that \u201cwhoever is with Eloise gets the phone.\u201d<\/p>\n
