Tammy Slaton<\/strong><\/a> shared her unfiltered reaction on 1000-Lb. Sisters<\/em><\/a> to weighing less than her brother, Chris Combs<\/strong>, for the first time in decades.<\/p>\n

In a clip from the show shared on Wednesday, November 13, via Instagram<\/a>, Tammy, 38, revealed the last time she stepped on a scale she weighed 303 pounds. Three months later, she is down to a jaw-dropping 281.2 pounds.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ll be goddamned. Congratulations, that\u2019s good!\u201d Tammy\u2019s brother, Chris, said in the video.<\/p>\n

Tammy was equally as excited about the achievement. \u201cChris said he weighs 284 [pounds]. I now weigh a little less than Chris. That\u2019s mind-blowing,\u201d she said in a confessional. \u201cI think the last time I weighed 281 [pounds], I was in fourth or fifth grade. I\u2019m the baby sister, but I\u2019m not the \u2018big\u2019 baby sister no more.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tViewers have watched 1000-Lb. Sisters star Tammy Slaton deal with major health problems over the years, and now they\u2019re cheering her on in her weight loss journey. Tammy suffered numerous health crises throughout the years as her weight and partying lifestyle grew out of control. In November 2021, the reality star was put on life [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Tammy remained stunned by the number, asking her brother, \u201cHow am I lighter than you?\u201d He replied, \u201cYou\u2019re supposed to be lighter than me,\u201d hinting that he had more muscle. Tammy joked why, \u201c\u2018Cause I\u2019m short?\u201d<\/p>\n

Chris, 44, was in awe of Tammy\u2019s recent milestone, telling the cameras, \u201cTammy\u2019s success makes me ecstatic.\u201d<\/p>\n

He then confessed, \u201cDid I ever think I\u2019d see the day that she was smaller than me? Well, no, probably not, because I never thought about her being smaller than me. She\u2019s always been Tammy, big.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sisters, Tammy heads to an appointment in hopes of getting a positive update from her bariatric surgeon, Dr. Eric Smith. \u201cAt my rock bottom, I was weighing [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Tammy has been on a years-long weight loss journey, which has been documented on the TLC series<\/a> since 2020.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt my rock bottom, I was weighing about 725 pounds,\u201d she said during the October 15 episode<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Tammy was able to drop 115 pounds after entering an Ohio rehab facility in February 2022. Her wellness journey continued in September of that year when she underwent gastric bypass surgery.<\/p>\n
