While many members of Chiefs Kingdom will be tuning in to Hallmark\u2019s Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story<\/em><\/a>, Donna Kelce<\/strong><\/a> isn\u2019t sure if Taylor Swift<\/strong><\/a> will be one of them.<\/p>\n

\u201cIs Taylor gonna watch our love story?\u201d Jenna Bush Hager<\/strong>, who also cameos, asked Kelce, 72, on the Thursday, November 14, episode<\/a> of Today<\/em><\/a>. Kelce replied, \u201cI don\u2019t know. That\u2019s a good question.\u201d Bush Hager, 42, encouraged Mama Kelce to \u201cask her to.\u201d<\/p>\n

The pair unveiled the movie\u2019s official trailer<\/a> on Thursday\u2019s episode of Today<\/em>, revealing first looks at their respective characters. \u201cWe should just say, both of our parts are brief,\u201d Bush Hager, who plays a sports journalist, joked. Kelce, for her part, will portray \u201ca manager of a barbeque restaurant.\u201d<\/p>\n

Holiday Touchdown<\/em> follows Hunter King<\/strong> as Alana, who sparks a romantic connection with Kansas City Chiefs director of engagement, Derrick (Tyler Hynes<\/strong>), while competing for the team\u2019s \u201cFan of the Year\u201d award with her family.<\/p>\n

Not only does Alana\u2019s family notice the pair\u2019s connection, but so does Kelce. \u201cTrust me on this one,\u201d her character seemingly tells Alana in the preview, which also featured appearances from head coach Andy Reid<\/strong>, Chiefs guard Trey Smith<\/strong> and more of the team\u2019s players.<\/p>\n

The movie is heavily rumored to be inspired by Swift\u2019s romance with Donna\u2019s son, Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce<\/strong>. The Grammy winner, 34, has become a prominent member of Chiefs Kingdom since she and the athlete, 35, began dating<\/a> last year. Swift has attended several of his NFL games<\/a> \u2014 often sitting with Donna and the rest of the Kelce family \u2014 since September 2023.<\/p>\n

However, Donna doesn\u2019t think Swift will join the Kelces for their Thanksgiving celebrations later this month. \u201cShe\u2019s kind of busy right now,\u201d she said on the second hour of Today<\/em><\/a>. \u201cShe still has her tour to do.\u201d<\/p>\n

Swift will take a nearly two-week break after playing her final Eras Tour<\/em> show in Toronto on Saturday, November 23, meaning she will be free to cheer on Travis at the Chiefs\u2019 Friday, November, 29, game<\/a> against the Las Vegas Raiders. Swift will return to Canada<\/a> for her final three concerts in Vancouver on Friday, December 6.<\/p>\n
