Studios on April 9, 2016 in Burbank, California. <span class=\"image-caption-credit\"> (Photo by Frazer Harrison\/Getty Images)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Evans and Eason share one biological daughter and split up in March after many contentious years as husband and wife.<\/p>\n<p>The latest drama between the spouses (excluding this arrest) centers on a troubling allegation leveled against her ex by Evans.<\/p>\n<p>In testimony from a recent divorce hearing, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2024\/11\/jenelle-evans-accuses-david-eason-of-being-a-pedophile-in-brand-new-recording\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Evans said she came across<\/a> materials related to the \u201csexual exploitation of a minor\u201d on David\u2019s phone at some point in the past.<\/p>\n<p>She didn\u2019t elaborate.
