The post also included a photo of Megan holding a positive pregnancy test.<\/p>\n In addition to tagging MGK, 34, she concluded the caption by adding a baby angel emoji and red heart emoji.<\/p>\n Megan is already the mother to children Noah, 11, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 7, whom she shares with ex-husband Brian Austin Green<\/strong>. Meanwhile, MGK is the father to daughter Casie, 15, whom he shares with ex Emma Cannon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The Transformers<\/em> star announced the exciting news four months after rumors began to swirl that she was expecting<\/a> following her appearance in MGK and Jelly Roll<\/strong>\u2018s July music video for their song, \u201cLonely Road.\u201d In the video, Megan rocked a large bump while wearing several tight dresses.<\/p>\n The rumors only grew when MGK bent down to kiss Megan\u2019s belly in one scene, while another showed the pair cradling her bump together.<\/p>\n Despite sparking pregnancy rumors with the video, Megan seemingly shut down the speculation by wearing tight dresses to events in the following months.<\/p>\n The couple \u2013 who has been dating on and off since 2020 \u2013 previously suffered a pregnancy loss. Megan opened up about the tragedy while appearing on Good Morning America<\/em> in November 2023. However, she did not specifically reveal when the pregnancy loss<\/a> occurred.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve never been through anything like that in my life.
