One day after\u00a0Ariana Grande<\/b><\/a>\u00a0shared an Instagram photo<\/a> where fans became alarmed in the comments about her weight, she took to TikTok on Tuesday, April 11, to let everyone know her body is the healthiest it has been in a long time.<\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t do this often \u2026 I don\u2019t like it, I\u2019m not good at it, but I just wanted to address your concerns about my body and talk a little bit about what it means to be a person with a body to be seen and paid such close attention to,\u201d Ariana began her three-minute plus video.<\/p>\n The \u201c7 Rings\u201d singer told fans, \u201cThere are many different ways to look healthy and beautiful. I know personally for me, the body you\u2019ve been comparing my current body to was the unhealthiest version of my body<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n Ariana then explained, \u201cI was on a lot of antidepressants and drinking on them and eating poorly and at the lowest point in my life when I looked the way you consider my \u2018healthy.\u2019<\/a> But in fact, that wasn\u2019t my \u2018healthy,’\u201d adding \u201cHealthy can look different.\u201d<\/p>\n The Don\u2019t Look Up<\/em> star shared an Instagram photo<\/a> on Monday, April 10, wearing a sleeveless black minidress, and fans became concerned about her weight. Numerous people asked, \u201cAre you okay?\u201d while one person commented, \u201cShe\u2019s gorgeous as always but I\u2019m really worried for her\u2026 she\u2019s always been thin but lately she\u2019s been way thinner than normal.\u201d Another fan told Ari, \u201cPlease, stay healthy. No hate, just stay safe and be careful.\u201d<\/p>\n The \u201cInto You\u201d songstress addressed those worries in her video. \u201cWe should be gentler and less comfortable commenting on people\u2019s bodies, no matter what. Even if you think you\u2019re saying something good or well intentioned.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cYou never know what someone is going through, even if you are coming from a loving place. That person is probably working on it or has a support system,\u201d she continued.<\/p>\n In a lighter moment, Ariana added that she wasn\u2019t wearing any eyeliner or eyelashes<\/a> in the video, saying, \u201cThis is my face, these are my eyes so don\u2019t freak out about that now too please.\u201d<\/p>\n Ariana has been out of the public eye for months as she prepped for her role as Glinda in the movie production of the Broadway smash Wicked<\/em><\/a>.
