Quincy Jones<\/strong><\/a> was laid to rest during a private funeral ceremony a week after his death at 91<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The legendary music producer\u2019s family told the Associated Press<\/a> Monday, November 11, that the \u201cintimate ceremony included Mr. Jones\u2019 seven children, his brother, two sisters, and immediate family members.\u201d<\/p>\n

The family did not disclose where the intimate ceremony in Los Angeles took place, per the AP, but said they are \u201cenormously grateful for the outpouring of condolences and tributes from his friends and fans from around the world.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cDetails for a memorial celebration of Mr. Jones\u2019 life will be announced at a later date,\u201d the family added.<\/p>\n

Jones died<\/a> Sunday, November 3, at his home in the Bel Air area of Los Angeles, his publicist Arnold Robinson<\/strong> said, per multiple outlets including The Hollywood Reporter<\/em> and the Associated Press.<\/p>\n

Jones is survived by his children Jolie<\/strong>, 71, whom he shared with his first wife, Jeri Caldwell<\/strong>, Martina<\/strong>, 58, and Quincy III<\/strong>, whom he shared with his second wife, actress Ulla Andersson<\/strong>, Rachel<\/strong>, 61, whom he shared with ex-girlfriend Carol Reynolds,<\/strong> Kidada<\/strong>, 50, and actress Rashida<\/strong>, 48, whom he shared with third wife Peggy Lipton<\/strong>, and daughter Kenya<\/strong>, 31, whom he shared with ex-girlfriend Nastassja Kinski<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
