Jonathan Rone<\/strong><\/a> officially introduced fans to his new girlfriend, Michelle Zimmermann<\/strong>, just days after revealing that he was in a relationship. The Golden Bachelorette<\/em> star posted his first Instagram<\/a> photo with Michelle on Saturday, November 9.<\/p>\n \u201cWe do us really well,\u201d Jonathan, 61, captioned the photo, which featured Michelle sitting on his lap. He also tagged Michelle in the image to confirm her identity.<\/p>\n Jonathan has not shared more information about how he and Michelle met, but she appears to live in San Francisco based on her Instagram profile. On November 8, Jonathan posted an image of the two holding hands and also included a shot of himself in front of the Golden Gate Bridge in the northern California city.<\/p>\n \u201cI started my journey looking for love, a love that is a forever love,\u201d he shared. \u201cA love I thought I once had but this was my second chance! So, I went all in with no walls to protect my vulnerability! I had no other intentions than that! This journey can be full of expectations but the unexpected happened and \u2018The Bomb\u2019 is the second chance I\u2019ve been looking for! I am so grateful for all [of the] support and kind words from all of you in Bachelor Nation! I\u2019m happy to say that Michelle is truly \u2018My Bomb.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n The Iowa native was a fan-favorite contestant on Joan Vassos<\/strong>\u2019 season of The Golden Bachelorette<\/em>, but she sent him home ahead of hometown dates. He returned for the Men Tell All<\/em> special, which aired on November 6, and happily shared that he found love after filming the dating show.<\/p>\n \u201cI just want to give an update on this journey, that I met someone<\/a> and the most important thing about that is that I\u2019m happy,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n In a subsequent interview with Extra TV<\/em>, he added, \u201cIt\u2019s going good<\/a>. I mentioned that, you know, I\u2019m happy. So I\u2019m just going with that. I\u2019m following my heart. I\u2019m just trying to live my life with an authentic heart, being genuine, and so I just let the rest take care of itself.\u201d<\/p>\n Prior to going on The Golden Bachelorette<\/em>, Jonathan was married. He told Joan, 61, that he was \u201ccompletely blindsided\u201d when his wife asked for a divorce. They ended their marriage in November 2015.<\/p>\n \u201cOne Sunday morning, the kids were sleeping, I was sleeping. My wife woke me up and said, \u2018Hey, can we talk?\u2019 She took a deep breath and said, \u2018I want a divorce.\u2019 Out of the blue,\u201d Jonathan revealed. \u201cAnd said, \u2018I\u2019m not happy.\u2019\u201d He shares two kids with his ex-wife.<\/p>\n Michelle is also a mom of two. On August 15, she posted a carousel of photos with her son and daughter captioned, \u201cMy babies and my baby\u2019s babe!\u201d<\/p>\n Meanwhile, Joan\u2019s journey on The Golden Bachelorette<\/em> will come to an end<\/a> with the finale episode on Wednesday, November 13. The mom of four has two men \u2013 Guy Gansert <\/strong>and Chock Chapple<\/strong> \u2013 left and will make her big decision at the final rose ceremony.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
