Kristin Chenoweth<\/a> and Idina Menzel<\/a>, the original Glinda and Elphaba from Broadway’s Wicked<\/em><\/a>, joined Ariana Grande<\/a> and Cynthia Erivo<\/a>, who play these roles in the movie version, at the Los Angeles premiere on Saturday, Nov. 9, 2024.<\/p>\n

The stars gathered for photos at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion alongside other cast members, including Jeff Goldblum<\/a>, Marissa Bode<\/strong>, Jonathan Bailey<\/a>, Michelle Yeoh<\/a>, Ethan Slater<\/a><\/strong>, and Bronwyn James<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Interestingly, Jon M. Chu<\/a><\/strong>, the movie’s director, couldn’t make it. He stayed with his wife as they prepare to welcome their fifth baby together.<\/p>\n

As expected, Erivo, 37, and Grande, 31, stole the show with their eye-catching outfits. Like their previous Wicked<\/strong> red carpet appearances, their looks gave nods to their characters, Elphaba and Glinda.<\/p>\n
