Kynlee Heiman<\/strong> isn\u2019t like the average kid.<\/p>\n

At only 8 years old, Kynlee has walked in New York Fashion Week, competed in beauty pageants and consistently trains to become a gymnast while acting in films opposite huge stars. But above all, she\u2019s been dubbed online the \u201cworld\u2019s youngest bodybuilder\u201d after pictures of her prominent six-pack abs went viral.<\/p>\n

\u201c[I train for] six hours in the whole day,\u201d Kynlee exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> while discussing the holiday movie The Best Christmas Pageant Ever.<\/em><\/p>\n

For the past three years, Kynlee\u2019s mom, Angel Heiman<\/strong>, has driven Kynlee two hours each way to a gym so her daughter can train for gymnastics. Because she spends four hours a day in the car, that\u2019s often where Kynlee does her homework and according to her mom Angel, \u201cthere\u2019s never been any complaints.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tFinding fame. When Toddlers & Tiaras debuted on TLC in January 2009, viewers were concerned about the lengths that parents went through to put their children in the beauty pageant world. Even though the reality series ran for seven seasons \u2014 and inspired several spinoffs \u2014 the controversy about the children\u2019s provocative clothing and behavior [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201c[Kynlee] doesn\u2019t like to take days off. She doesn\u2019t like to feel like she\u2019s missing anything,\u201d Angel told Us. <\/em>But the intense working out began as a friendly sibling competition between Kynlee and her brothers during the pandemic, which led to them starting a workout program.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese kids are so weirdly competitive. I mean, from just brushing your teeth, [to] \u2018who does it first? Who does it the best? Who\u2019s the best kid, who\u2019s my favorite?\u2019 I mean, everything about them, it\u2019s like over the top competitive,\u201d Angel said. \u201cSo it started out with this workout program because we were stuck at home. And then I just remember looking at her and she was like, gosh, three to four. And I was like, \u2018Oh my gosh, I think she has abs!\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

However, Angel admits that a lot of Kynlee\u2019s physique is \u201cgenetic and natural,\u201d adding that \u201c[abs are] definitely just kind of there in gymnastics.\u201d She continued, \u201cYou naturally will get them. And so it\u2019s not like she has to do a thousand situps or anything crazy. And then just from doing bars and gymnastics, she\u2019s extremely muscular and so a lot of it would be pre-training and then doing gymnastics at such a young age.\u201d<\/p>\n

As the saying goes: \u201cAbs are made in the kitchen,\u201d but Kynlee\u2019s diet isn\u2019t as restrictive as it may seem.
\u201c[Kynlee] definitely has junk food, but it\u2019s not like that\u2019s her go-to snack,\u201d Angel said. \u201cBut it\u2019s definitely there, but probably not the amount normal kids would probably want or have.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tNothing screams the holidays like snuggling up on the couch, grabbing cocoa and putting on a festive movie. Us Weekly has rounded up the most \u201csnuggle-worthy\u201d Christmas films to stream this season, including The Holiday, White Christmas\u00a0and Hallmark\u2019s The Christmas Cottage. \u201cGoing on to the sets for The Holiday, you just felt like you were [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

When asked if she was already in the best shape of her life, Kynlee responded with a laugh, \u201cI mean\u2026 yes!\u201d<\/p>\n

While working out six hours a day and juggling auditions is a lot for anyone \u2014 especially a child \u2014 Kynlee is dedicated to doing it all to reach her goals. \u201cMy dream is to win the Olympics and be the best in the world and then do acting and be a movie star,\u201d Kynlee said.<\/p>\n

When she\u2019s not busy training and working on her gymnast routine, Kynlee is honing her acting skills. She stars in the holiday flick The Best Christmas Pageant Ever<\/em> alongside Judy Greer<\/strong> and Pete Holmes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
