You can\u2019t ever predict what she\u2019ll say next. She\u2019s also very smart, a great writer and an amazing mother.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Obviously, Jacqui provides a tremendous amount of love and support during this time of great success and stability in Wes\u2019 life. Through her, I thought, \u2018There\u2019s so much more to life,&#8217;\u201d Wes told <em>Elle<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Over the years, Wes has inspired countless recovering addicts by speaking candidly about his struggles.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m not shy because I\u2019m not ashamed,\u201d he told <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/culture\/2016\/mar\/04\/wes-bentley-i-have-no-problem-with-nudity-its-just-a-body\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Guardian<\/a><\/em> in 2016. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cShame is partly what kept me in that space. It was like looking behind the curtain. And I went behind the curtain and hung out.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In 2014, Wes and Jacqui welcomed their second child together.
