I\u2019m not good at it,\u201d Grande, 29, said in a heartfelt TikTok<\/a> posted on Tuesday, April 11. \u201cI just wanted to address your concerns about my body.\u201d<\/p>\n The \u201cDangerous Woman\u201d songstress<\/a> explained that she thinks everyone \u201cshould be gentler and less comfortable commenting on people\u2019s bodies. No matter what.\u201d<\/p>\n The former Nickelodeon star<\/a> noted that telling someone they look \u201csexy\u201d can still be triggering.<\/p>\n \u201cThere are ways to compliment someone or to ignore something that you don\u2019t like that I think we should help each other work towards,\u201d she said. \u201cJust to aim towards keeping each other safer.\u201d<\/p>\n Grande then outlined three points she wanted to get across. The first being, \u201cThere are many different kinds of beautiful. There are many different ways to look healthy and beautiful.\u201d<\/p>\n The Wicked<\/em> actress<\/a> revealed that \u201cthe body that you\u2019ve been comparing my current body to [what] was the unhealthiest version of my body.\u201d She recalled being \u201con a lot of antidepressants and drinking on them and eating poorly\u201d at the time.<\/p>\n The R.E.M. Beauty founder<\/a> confessed: \u201c[I was] at the lowest point of my life when I looked the way you consider \u2018my healthy.\u2019 That in fact wasn\u2019t my healthy.\u201d<\/p>\n Grande\u2019s second point is, \u201cYou never know what someone is going through. So be gentle with each other and yourselves.\u201d<\/p>\n Lastly, the Sam & Cat<\/em> alum<\/a> shared a message of joy and happiness with her fans.<\/p>\n \u201cI wanted to extend some love your way and tell you that you\u2019re beautiful,\u201d the Florida native said. \u201c[I\u2019m] sending you guys a lot of love and I think you\u2019re beautiful no matter what you\u2019re going through. \u2026 No matter what weight. No matter what cosmetic procedures you\u2019ve had or not.
