Jay Cutler<\/strong><\/a> and girlfriend Samantha Robertson<\/strong> stepped back into the spotlight just two weeks after the former NFL quarterback\u2019s DUI arrest.<\/p>\n

The couple, who have been dating<\/a> since October 2023, attended the premiere party for Yellowstone<\/em><\/a> season 5B in New York City on Thursday, November 7. Cutler, 41, paired a black button up with dark wash jeans and a charcoal suit jacket. Robertson, for her part, donned a long-sleeve black dress that showed off some leg courtesy of a high slit.<\/p>\n

Robertson and Cutler posed for photos at the event. In one snap, Robertson held a wine glass while Cutler\u2019s hands were empty. An eyewitness at the event exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> that Cutler \u201cate off\u201d Robertson\u2019s plate. The pair were also pictured posing alongside reality TV star Bethenny Frankel<\/strong> and her new boyfriend, Tom Villante<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Before the event, Cutler and Robertson were spotted dining at Le Bernadin. Robertson shared a series of snaps of the twosome\u2019s meal on her Instagram Story. One pic included a plate of caviar, while the other featured Cutler sitting at the table with a glass of red wine next to his entr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tJay Cutler has officially entered his boyfriend era with Samantha Robertson. The former NFL star hard-launched his relationship via social media in September 2023, years after his divorce from Kristin Cavallari. Cutler and Cavallari were together for 10 years before announcing their split in 2020. They share three kids. While neither Cutler nor Robertson have [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Last month, Us<\/em> confirmed that Cutler was charged with driving under the influence<\/a> and booked at the Williamson County Jail in Franklin, Tennessee. The retired football player was also charged with failure to exercise due care, violation of implied consent law and possession of a handgun while under the influence.<\/p>\n

According to documents obtained by Us<\/em>, Cutler allegedly tried to flee the scene<\/a> after he rear-ended another car. The docs also claimed that Cutler offered the other driver involved in the alleged collision $2,000 to \u201cnot call the police.\u201d The authorities arrived at the scene shortly after.<\/p>\n

Law enforcement examined the cars to inspect for damage. Cutler denied being in a car accident. While no damage was found to Cutler\u2019s truck, the docs noted that there was a \u201cwinch in the front\u201d of the vehicle. The other car did have a \u201csmall dent\u201d on the rear end.<\/p>\n

During the police\u2019s search of the vehicles, they found a \u201crifle\u201d in the back seat and a \u201cloaded Glock handgun\u201d in the center console.<\/p>\n

When the arresting officer spoke to Cutler, he noticed that the former quarterback was \u201cstaggering, swaying and heavy-footed while walking\u201d while also displaying \u201cbloodshot, glassy, red\/pink, watery and dilated\u201d eyes. Cutler refused a field sobriety test on-scene and was subsequently taken to a hospital to have a blood sample taken.<\/p>\n
