The drama at SUR never ends. Raquel Leviss<\/strong><\/a> and Peter Madrigal<\/strong><\/a> only went on a handful of dates, but their romance took on a whole new meaning after Leviss\u2019 affair with Tom Sandoval<\/strong><\/a> was uncovered.<\/p>\n The former pageant queen and the SUR manager had their first outing in early 2022 after Leviss split from ex-fianc\u00e9 James Kennedy<\/strong><\/a>. \u201cIt was just a fun little time,\u201d Leviss recalled during an April 2022 appearance on Katie Maloney<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s \u201cYou\u2019re Gonna Love Me\u201d podcast. \u201cAnd I figured this would be a good opportunity for me just to get back out in the dating world because I haven\u2019t had an official date since the breakup. So, when he asked me to go grab drinks with him, I was like, \u2018Hm, OK, sure.’\u201d<\/p>\n After that first date, however, the duo kept things casual. In July 2022, Leviss exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> that she\u2019d only been on \u201ca few dates\u201d<\/a> with her Vanderpump Rules<\/em><\/a> costar. \u201cHe asked me out after my breakup, obviously, and I was like, \u2018Well, why not? Right?\u2019\u201d the California native recalled at the time. \u201cI\u2019m a yes-man now.\u201d<\/p>\n The pair\u2019s romance seemingly came to an end that same month, as documented during a February 2023 episode of Pump Rules<\/em>. Leviss told Madrigal she wasn\u2019t ready for anything serious, while the duo\u2019s boss, Lisa Vanderpump<\/strong><\/a>, warned Madrigal of the dangers of dating someone who works for him.<\/p>\n It seemed like that would be the end of story until March 2023, when Us<\/em> confirmed that Sandoval split from longtime girlfriend Ariana Madix<\/strong><\/a> after she discovered he was having an affair with Leviss. Two days before the news broke, Leviss described Madrigal as a \u201cstarting pony\u201d during an experience on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen<\/em>, explaining that he helped her get back in the dating world.<\/p>\n As luck would have it, Madrigal had booked his own interview<\/a> that same week, and he wasn\u2019t happy about his former flame\u2019s remarks. \u201cI\u2019m nobody\u2019s starter pony,\u201d the Daddy\u2019s Home<\/em> director said during an interview<\/a> on the \u201cAlison Rosen Is Your New Best Friend\u201d podcast. \u201cGo f\u2013k yourself. I always keep an even keel, but my God. Who the hell do you think you are? Who the f\u2013k do you think you are?\u201d<\/p>\n As more details about the timeline of Sandoval and Leviss\u2019 affair became public, Madrigal didn\u2019t hold back sharing his thoughts<\/a>. In April 2023, he said he felt like the duo had used him as a \u201cscapegoat\u201d<\/a> to hide their growing feelings for one another. According to Madrigal, Sandoval sent him a text in January 2023 that made him think the TomTom co-owner was seeing Leviss<\/a> as early as July 2022.<\/p>\n \u201cHe hasn\u2019t texted me in six months,\u201d the University of Southern California alum recalled during an interview on Kristen Doute<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s \u201cSex, Love, and What Matters\u201d podcast. \u201cAnd then he texts me and he says, and I quote, \u2018Dude, exclamation point. Just watched the first episode LOL, exclamation point. Did you bang Raquel the night after SUR, exclamation point, question mark, crying laughing face.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n Madrigal believes that Sandoval wanted to find out the full extent of what happened between him and Leviss because their affair had already begun when Leviss agreed to go out with Madrigal. \u201cShe was already having sex with Tom,\u201d Madrigal alleged. \u201cAnd that text message from him proves it.\u201d<\/p>\n
