Joan Vassos<\/strong><\/a> came face to face with ex Pascal Ibgui\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>on The Golden Bachelorette<\/em>\u2018s Men Tell All<\/a> episode on Wednesday, November 6.<\/p>\n Pascal was called up to the hot seat by host Jesse Palmer<\/strong>. A montage of clips played from his time on the show, including his breakup with Joan during the fantasy suites episode.<\/p>\n \u201cIt was a very difficult decision I had to make,\u201d Pascal said while looking back on the decision to leave the show. \u201cIt just felt like, with more time, I could\u2019ve been there, but I wasn\u2019t at the time.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cIt was really difficult for me to say goodbye,\u201d he said. \u201cI hope I didn\u2019t hurt her. That was not my intention. She is a wonderful woman. Now I\u2019m watching and I see her saying she\u2019s not worthy of love \u2014 she\u2019s totally wrong. I think she is worthy of love, I just wasn\u2019t able to give her what she was looking for at the time. I was too guarded.\u201d<\/p>\n But now it seems like he is more open to love, stating, \u201cI\u2019m ready to bring down my walls.\u201d<\/p>\n Pascal\u2019s son, Maxim, ended up standing up in the audience to praise his father for being vulnerable on TV.<\/p>\n \u201cMy whole life you\u2019ve always been my biggest inspiration [and] seeing you that vulnerable really showed me it\u2019s OK to be vulnerable myself and show those feelings,\u201d Maxim said. \u201cThank you for that dad.\u201d<\/p>\n Joan came out onto the stage looking amazing as usual.\u00a0\u201cYou are an incredible woman and I hope that by me leaving, you were able to find the right person for yourself,\u201d Pascal told her. She candidly said that she had high hopes for her relationship with Pascal before it all came crumbling down.<\/p>\n \u201cI pictured a life with you and I know that that Tahitian bonding ceremony was very uncomfortable for you, and I thought maybe in fantasy suites we could\u2019ve figured out something in either direction, but you had already made up your mind,\u201d she said. \u201cYou were very kind and I just want the best for you. I want you to be happy.\u201d<\/p>\n Joan said that although there were some heartbreaking moments during her season of the show, including shocking breakups and discussions about the loss of loved ones, she has friendships with all of the men today.<\/p>\n As for how her journey ends, Joan teased that there are some big conversations to air in the finale episode with her final two guys, Guy Gansert<\/strong> and Chock Chapple<\/strong>.<\/p>\n \u201cIt was emotional and there are a lot of tears,\u201d she said when facing the audience at the Men Tell All. \u201cBut I will tell you that some of them are happy tears.\u201d<\/p>\n
