They\u2019re described as being \u201cequally familiar and completely new.\u201d <\/p>\n In July 2023, Tom<\/strong> explained that his sobriety started with plans for a dry January<\/a>. It expanded from there. <\/p>\n Six months into sobriety, he said that he realized he was \u201cthe happiest I would ever been in my life.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI could sleep better. I could handle problems better, things that would go wrong on set, that would normally set me off, I could take in my stride. I had so much, such better mental clarity.
