Brie Garcia<\/strong><\/a> \u201ccan\u2019t stand still anymore\u201d in the aftermath of her sister Nikki Garcia<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s ongoing divorce<\/a> from Artem Chigvintsev<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn the last week, when I\u2019ve seen trauma \u2014 I\u2019ve looked at trauma in the face and that\u2019s the sadness that has come,\u201d Brie, 40, said during the Friday, October 4, episode of \u201cThe Nikki & Brie Show\u201d podcast<\/a>. \u201cIt\u2019s crazy because when we are looking trauma in the face and we\u2019re seeing it, all you want to do is help, you want it to stop. But you realize it\u2019s not your trauma, especially if you\u2019re not the one dealing with it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brie went on to say that it\u2019s been \u201cso hard\u201d over the past week. \u201cI have felt sadness in ways that maybe death could compare,\u201d she said. \u201cI literally have lost sleep.\u201d<\/p>\n

The former wrestler then urged her female listeners to \u201cnot take the s\u2014 anymore\u201d \u2014 no matter what it is.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you are in a situation that is toxic, that is not good, time to say game over,\u201d she added. \u201cPlease, please do that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brie said that she understands \u201cit\u2019s hard to be strong\u201d<\/a> in certain situations and wants to apologize to those who are victims of trauma.<\/p>\n

\u201cI will not be silent. I will not be bullied by fear,\u201d she said. \u201cThe only person I will apologize to is for anyone who is in pain, going through trauma and feels completely f\u2014ing trapped.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brie added: \u201cI am sorry you are living in that hell. I am sorry that there is no way out, is what you think, even though there is. You\u2019re going to find it. You are. I promise you, sometimes things take time, but you got to take the first step.\u201d<\/p>\n

Listeners were quick to assume that Brie was discussing the ongoing situation with her twin, Nikki, 40, who is going through a public divorce from husband Chigvintsev, 42.<\/p>\n

Brie\u2019s podcast episode dropped days after a judge signed off on a restraining order filed by Nikki<\/a> against Chigvintsev.<\/p>\n

\u201cDue to the incident that led to Artem\u2019s arrest on August 29, 2024<\/a>, Nikki has decided to file for a temporary Domestic Violence Restraining Order to protect herself and her son,\u201d a rep for Nikki told Us<\/em>. \u201cAlthough Nikki requested that the Napa District Attorney not file charges against Artem as she did not want him to go to jail, he must still be held accountable for his actions, and Nikki and her son must be protected.\u201d<\/p>\n
