\t\t<\/p>\n Rebel Wilson<\/strong><\/a> is hitting back at the producers of her movie The Deb<\/em> with a countersuit after they filed a defamation lawsuit against her.<\/p>\n For those who don\u2019t know, Rebel made her directorial debut with the movie and also stars in it as well. <\/p>\n The drama all started after Rebel<\/strong> accused the producers<\/a> of misconduct, embezzlement, and attempting to block the movie from premiering at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival<\/em>. They then filed the lawsuit<\/a> and she hit back by calling it bogus<\/a>. <\/p>\n A couple weeks ago, Rebel<\/strong> publicly called out the movie\u2019s star<\/a> Charlotte MacInnes<\/strong><\/a>, claiming that the actress changed her story of allegations against the producers to get a new job from them. <\/p>\n In a new lawsuit against The Deb<\/em> producers Amanda Ghost<\/strong>, Cameron Gregor<\/strong> and Vince Holden<\/strong>, Rebel accused them of \u201ctheft, bullying and sexual misconduct.\u201d<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n THR<\/a><\/em> reports that Rebel<\/strong> claimed that Ghost <\/strong>had sexually harassed Charlotte <\/strong>and \u201cforced MacInnes to live in her Bondi Beach penthouse apartment with her,\u201d where \u201cGhost took a shower and a bath with MacInnes.\u201d<\/p>\n The lawsuit also claimed that the producers inflated the budget of the movie and split the extra money between them. <\/p>\n Rebel<\/strong>\u2018s lawyer said in a statement, \u201cAmanda Ghost, Cameron Gregor, and Vince Holden attempted to manipulate the narrative by recklessly filing an outlandish lawsuit. Their real problem? Only a fraction of their outrageous conduct has been revealed thus far. In their desperation to shift the story, they neglected to consider that this strategy would only lead to RW\u2019s filing of a cross-complaint which exhibits a plethora of their shocking misconduct which there are many witnesses to.
