\t\t<\/p>\n Gavin Creel<\/strong><\/a> once talked about his hopes for heaven and what he wishes to happen when he dies.<\/p>\n The beloved Broadway actor passed away this week at the age of 48<\/a> following a brief battle with a rare and aggressive form of cancer. <\/p>\n Back in 2012, Gavin <\/strong>spoke with Broadway.com\u2019s Paul Wontorek<\/strong> about his experience in the musical Hair <\/em>and how he hopes heaven will allow him to reunite with the cast.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cWhen I die, and I mean this could sound really cheesy, I hope that I get to be that man again and do that play with those people,\u201d Gavin <\/strong>said in the resurfaced interview. \u201cThat\u2019s my dream \u2014 my dream for when I die, that heaven will be \u2014 they\u2019ll walk me in and I\u2019ll know my lines, and I\u2019ll get to do that play again.\u201d<\/p>\n Gavin <\/strong>continued, \u201cThey\u2019ll let me do it one more time and that\u2019ll be the first thing I do. I\u2019ll say hi to my grandmother, because I want to say hi to her first, and then they\u2019ll walk me into the stage door and I\u2019ll walk in and everyone will be there. It will be you and an amazing audience that\u2019s ready to see us and we\u2019ll get to do it. That probably sounds like a Hallmark card, or super cheesy. But if I don\u2019t get another moment like that in my career, I\u2019ve had it.
