Leighton Meester<\/strong><\/a> and Adam Brody<\/strong><\/a> had\u00a0Gossip Girl<\/em><\/a> and\u00a0The O.C.<\/em><\/a> fans shook when they got together and now, they\u2019re proving why they\u2019re the perfect low-key Hollywood couple.<\/p>\n The pair got married in February 2014, years after they first met on the set of\u00a0The Oranges\u00a0<\/em>in 2011. They\u2019ve since welcomed two kids together, daughter\u00a0Arlo Day<\/a> and a son whose name has yet to be revealed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n As of September 2024, the pair is still going strong. In February 2024, the couple made a rare red carpet appearance together when they attended the 30th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards.<\/p>\n Back in 2023, Leighton posed with Adam for another\u00a0rare outing<\/span> together as they walked the red carpet for the premiere of his movie Shazam: Fury of the Gods<\/em>.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s bang night!\u201d the actor joked to\u00a0Entertainment Tonight<\/em><\/a> at the time about his wife\u2019s stylish fringe. \u201cShe has an identical haircut to our daughter, and I have an identical haircut to my son right now. However, the duo has kept details about their home life under wraps.<\/p>\n The\u00a0Gossip Girl<\/em> alum did give rare insight into her life as a mother of two while promoting movie The Weekend Away<\/em> in March 2022.<\/p>\n \u201cI really was excited about playing a new mother who\u2019s having a weekend away for the first time, which is the most exciting and really the most terrifying prospect when you have a new baby,\u201d Leighton told\u00a0Cosmopolitan U.K.<\/i><\/a> at the time.\u00a0\u201cI felt like that was the kind of character that I could very easily relate to, slip into, and have compassion for. When I got the script breakdown it was like a 35-year-old with a 10-month-old and I was like, \u2018That is exactly me.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n She went on to explain what it\u2019s like when leaving her babies to film a new project.<\/p>\n \u201cThe element of being away from your child is very different from when you\u2019re with your child,\u201d Leighton further explained. \u201cAt least for me.
