20px), 720px\" data-pin-media=\"https:\/\/cdn.thehollywoodgossip.com\/uploads\/2024\/01\/mama-june-admits-not-cut-658666172-1.webp\" data-trellis-processed=\"1\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">June Shannon speaks to the camera in this scene from her reality show.<span class=\"image-caption-credit\"> (Image Credit: TLC)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>A Wilkinson County judge wrote in the ruling late last week that while Kaitlyn <em>did<\/em> sometimes spend time with her sister Kylee while in Michael\u2019s custody and stayed with him for as long as five weeks at a time this past year, \u201c[Michael] never provided any significant financial support for this child [Kaitlyn].\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, the court papers state that a family therapist testified that Kaitlyn \u201cfears being taken away from\u201d Shannon and \u201cexpressed a desire to stay\u201d with her grandmother.<\/p>\n<p>At one point this year, Shannon alleged that Michael had been abusive to Anna during their marriage in her attempt to convince the court that Kaitlyn\u2019s best interest was to continue living with her.<\/p>\n<p>Michael\u2019s lawyer fired back the abuse claims, telling In Touch Weekly: <\/p>\n<p>\u201cMichael denies these allegations. This is the first time that any of these allegations have been made against him.
