Switching things up! In addition to rocking out to two of their newest hits on\u00a0Saturday Night Live<\/i><\/a>, the Jonas Brothers<\/a> joined episode\u00a0host Molly Shannon<\/strong><\/a> in a hilarious sketch.<\/p>\n The band of brothers \u2014 Kevin Jonas<\/strong><\/a>, Joe Jonas<\/strong> <\/a>and Nick Jonas <\/strong><\/a>\u2014 played themselves in the Saturday, April 8, skit, as they searched for a new, more mature choreographer for their Las Vegas residency<\/a>. Enter Shannon\u2019s Sally O\u2019Malley, a character that the 58-year-old comedic actress introduced on\u00a0SNL<\/i>\u00a0back in 1999<\/a>, to save the day!<\/p>\n \u201cThe boys were visiting their grandmother<\/a> and she took them to her senior center\u2019s production of\u00a0Annie\u00a0<\/i>and Sally here was starring,\u201d cast member Kenan Thompson<\/strong><\/a> quipped in the sketch. \u201cAnd she rocked their world! Now, they don\u2019t want to fire anybody, but they were just hoping that you could let Sally add a little something.\u201d<\/p>\n The\u00a0A Good Person\u00a0<\/i>actress, for her part, revealed in character that she can add \u201c25 decades of dirty dancing\u201d<\/a> and \u201cred pantsuits\u201d to the group\u2019s performance. She noted: \u201cI got half a century of sizzling my lady schnizzle! Nothing wrong with that.\u201d<\/p>\n Kevin, 35, Joe, 33, and Nick, 30, then entered the rehearsal room, excited to work with Sally because she \u201crepresents who they are now\u201d despite the eclectic dancer mixing up their names on first reference. The\u00a0Camp Rock\u00a0<\/i>stars<\/a> further explained that they wanted to come by rehearsal to make sure their fellow choreographers, played by\u00a0SNL\u00a0<\/i>comics Chloe Fineman<\/strong><\/a> and Bowen Yang<\/strong><\/a>, understood Sally\u2019s creative vision.<\/p>\n \u201cSo, we wanted to show \u2018em,\u201d Joe exclaimed, as the trio tore off their regular clothes<\/a> to reveal identical red jumpsuits to Shannon.<\/p>\n After the\u00a0Superstar\u00a0<\/i>actress hiked the guys\u2019 belts up above their waists, she led the \u201cCake by the Ocean\u201d singer and his siblings in a round of dance moves. The foursome completed hip circles, kicks and lunges<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cSally, I see it now!\u201d Yang, 32, said. \u201cYou\u2019re gonna put the boys on stage in packed stadiums around the world<\/a> and they\u2019re gonna \u2014,\u201d before the JoBros took turns to say, \u201cKick, stretch and jump!\u201d<\/p>\n Since the \u201cjump\u201d had been improvised from Shannon\u2019s signature choreography, she promptly fired Nick from the band. Joe then suggested that Sally could \u201ctake his place,\u201d to which the\u00a0Married to Jonas\u00a0<\/i>alum<\/a> asked if she knew any of their hit songs<\/a>. \u201cAbsolutely not, I\u2019m 50 years old,\u201d she replied, holding up her hands to represent the integer.<\/p>\n Saturday\u2019s episode also saw the\u00a0Devotion\u00a0<\/i>actor, the \u201cJealous\u201d crooner and Kevin perform two songs from their upcoming LP,\u00a0The Album<\/i>, which will be released next month. The \u201cSucker\u201d artists debuted live renditions of \u201cWaffle House,\u201d which dropped on Friday, April 7, and \u201cWings.\u201d<\/p>\n Saturday Night Live<\/i>\u00a0airs on NBC Saturdays at 11:30 p.m. ET.<\/p>\n
