Demi Moore<\/strong><\/a> is confident in her own skin at 61, but it admittedly took awhile to get there.<\/p>\n

\u201cI put so much pressure on myself,\u201d Moore recalled during the Sunday, September 22, episode of CBS Sunday Morning<\/a>. <\/i>\u201cI did have experiences of being told to lose weight. And all of those, while they may have been embarrassing and humiliating, it\u2019s what I did to myself because of that.\u201d<\/p>\n

When Moore was filming 1993\u2019s Indecent Proposal<\/i>, she used to ride a bike to and from her Malibu home, 30 miles away from set. Moore was also postpartum, having welcomed second daughter Scout in 1991. (Along with Scout, 33, Moore shares daughters<\/a> Rumer, 36, and Tallulah, 30, with ex-husband Bruce Willis<\/strong>.)<\/p>\n

\u201cI think she was, like, five or six months old when we were shooting [Indecent Proposal<\/i>]. So, I was feeding her through the night, getting up in the dark with a trainer, with headlamp, biking all the way to Paramount, wherever, even on location where we were shooting; then shooting a full day, which is usually a 12-hour day; and then starting all over again,\u201d Moore remembered. \u201cEven just the idea of, like, what I did to my body, it\u2019s, like, so crazy, so ridiculous.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tDemi Moore has proved time and time again that age is just a number when it comes to rocking a bikini. \u201cI personally do tend to love a very simple triangle bikini,\u201d Moore told Vogue in July 2022 while discussing her collab with swimwear label Andie. While Moore has bared skin through the years, she [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

According to the actress, she thought that was required of her<\/a> at the time.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut, you look back and you kinda go, \u2018Did it really matter that much?\u2019 Probably not,\u201d she quipped. \u201cBut at the time, I made it mean everything.\u201d<\/p>\n

Moore previously struggled with self-esteem, which sometimes still affects her. Speaking with CBS broadcast Tracy Smith<\/strong> on Sunday, the Substance <\/i>star admits \u201cit fluctuates.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cSome days I look and I\u2019m like, \u2018Wow. That\u2019s pretty good<\/a>.\u2019 And some days, I catch myself dissecting, hyper-focusing on, you know, things that I don\u2019t like,\u201d Moore confessed. \u201cThe difference is, now I can catch myself. I can go, \u2018Yeah, I don\u2019t like that loose skin. But, you know, it is what it is. So, I\u2019m gonna make the best of what is, as opposed to chasing what isn\u2019t.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Moore further recalled that she used to hyper-focus on her apparently \u201cchubby\u201d face that lacked angles.<\/p>\n

She added, \u201cThen you\u2019re like, \u2018Yeah, but now it\u2019s, like, loose! I wouldn\u2019t mind some of that chubbiness back, in the right places!\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
