It\u2019s time for Libras to take the spotlight, so Us Weekly<\/em> turned to world-renowned astrologer and author Susan Miller<\/strong><\/a> to get the forecast for the seventh sign.<\/p>\n

Kim Kardashian<\/strong><\/a> (born October 21, 1980) has three planets in Libra, which \u201crules the law,\u201d Miller says in the latest issue of Us Weekly<\/em>, on stands now. With Jupiter conjunct Saturn \u2014 a sign of \u201ctremendous determination\u201d \u2014 Miller believes Kardashian will find success on her path to pursuing a legal career, telling Us<\/em> that Kardashian \u201cis serious about her studies.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fellow Libra Cardi B<\/strong><\/a> (October 11, 1992) has a natal Cardinal Cross (of planets) in her birth chart. \u201cSo she has met much resistance in life,\u201d Miller explains. \u201cWe should be in admiration for all she\u2019s achieved.\u201d<\/p>\n

The future looks bright for the rapper, who recently welcomed her third baby with Offset<\/strong>. \u201cShe hasn\u2019t even begun to see the full flowering of her talent, but she will in the year ahead,\u201d Miller says.<\/p>\n

Represented by the scale symbol and ruled by Venus, the astrological sign tends to be \u201cattuned to fairness and balance. \u2026 It has been said that Libras find it hard to make decisions, but I feel that\u2019s not true. They are analytical and careful to look at both sides of all matters.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to Miller, being patient with the constant ebbs and flows in your professional life will pay off soon. Libras have \u201cgone through a quiet period where professionally things weren\u2019t moving ahead, but now everything is coming together,\u201d she tells Us<\/em>.
