Angelina Pivarnick<\/b><\/a> admitted she almost quit <\/span>Jersey Shore: Family Vacation<\/span><\/i><\/a> after the drama that unfolded during season 7, including issues with her costars.<\/p>\n \u201cI almost quit actually,\u201d Angelina, 38, told Us Weekly<\/em><\/a> on Wednesday, September 18.<\/p>\n After noting she had a revelation \u201ctwo weeks\u201d ago, Angelina recalled, \u201cI actually called them and said, \u2018I don\u2019t think I can do this\u2019 because I know people are mad at me.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t want to keep walking into lions, dens, cages, whatever you call it. I want happiness in my life,\u201d she continued. \u201cAnd no matter what, I don\u2019t feel like anyone sees things from my eyes and my perspective of stuff.\u201d<\/p>\n Angelina insisted that she does not place blame on a \u201cspecific person,\u201d though said she needed \u201csome people to give [her] some grace.\u201d She continued, \u201cLet me live, stop trying to always judge me. I am who I am. These people have known me for 15 years and I think that\u2019s also what hurts the most. You got to accept somebody for who they are after a while.\u201d<\/p>\n While she has known her costars for more than a decade, Angelina claimed that the group has never accepted who she is as an individual.<\/p>\n \u201cIf I\u2019m a f\u2013k up, then help me and let me learn on my own also because taking accountability for my s\u2013t. I\u2019ve said sorry for things a lot of times where I didn\u2019t need to and it was really other people doing things,\u201d the MTV personality continued. \u201cBut I\u2019ve taken the higher road<\/a> and it\u2019s very hard because they don\u2019t see it from my eyes. And you know what people could be like, \u2018Oh, we don\u2019t f\u2013king like her and we can\u2019t wait until she gets off the show.\u2019 And I see all those comments too and that also hurts because I am part of the show whether nobody wants to give me credit or not.\u201d<\/p>\n Fans first got to know Angelina when she starred on the first two seasons of Jersey Shore<\/em>, though she notably quit at the end of each season. Despite not ending the original show on the best foot, Angelina returned for Jersey Shore: Family Vacation<\/em> when it premiered in 2018. In the spinoff, Angelina has gotten to spend time with Nicole \u201cSnooki\u201d Polizzi, Sammi \u201cSweetheart\u201d Giancola, Paul \u201cPauly D\u201d Delvecchio, Mike \u201cThe Situation\u201d Sorrentino, Jenni \u201cJWOWW\u201d Farley<\/strong> and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve been there since day one<\/a>. I got casted on the show in the beginning \u2014 just like the rest of them. I decided to leave,\u201d she continued. \u201cI never got fired. I decided to take a step back two times [and] I came back.\u201d<\/p>\n Despite feeling the need to leave the show, Angelina ultimately decided to keep filming after dedicating so much of her energy to the show.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve been the most authentic I could be. Even though people are like, \u2018You\u2019re lying.\u2019 I know I\u2019m not lying. I have been nothing but authentic and real<\/a>,\u201d she insisted. \u201cI didn\u2019t have to talk about the DNA test [I did to discover my biological father\u2019s identity]. I brought it to the show. I think a lot of people are going through this and sure enough, a lot of people are.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
